Signs that I’m feeling better . . .

90’s R&B is playing, I’m cleaning my home, fresh flowers are out, and I make myself a peanut butter and (apricot) preserve sandwich💁🏾‍♂️

Admittedly, after returning home from vacation, I may have hit the gas too hard - which led to my body reminding me that I’m now 35, not 25😅

But, I woke up this morning feeling MUCH better! So to get back on track, I decided to tidy up and give my home a fresh start for the week to come!

And y’all, the nostalgia of this playlist set the vibes for what will be a great rest of the weekend.

Also, did y’all catch the baby tomato new to my garden?🥹👉🏾👈🏾

Feliz Sunday, y’all! Now, who knew the words to most of songs in the background? I’m tryna do a vibe check on this fine Sunday 💁🏾‍♂️ #DavidQuarlesIV | #ChooseJoy | #LiveJoy

P.S. The playlist is on my spotify (linked in stories) under “90s R&B Vibe Check”

P.P.S. My joints are still 25, though 🕺🏽
