At the start of each week, I like to refresh my home with fresh flowers. Other than my plants, they’re simply another reminder of vibrant life in my home!

I have a light* hobby of arranging flowers inherited from my grandmother. So, I save space for myself weekly to listen to records and simply play around with the different colors and shapes found in flowers - ok, and dance with them, too!

The best part about it, just like with any art, the right way to arrange your flowers is the way that brings a smile to your face. Plus, it’s a way for me to calm nervous energy😅

So whether literally, or figuratively, make sure you give yourself your flowers; never missing an opportunity to pause and celebrate just how amazing you are 🫶🏾

Feliz Monday, y’all! #DavidQuarlesIV | #ChooseJoy
