With joy in my heart, I present to you #CocinaIV ☀️

Inspired by the sun, eternal spring and wanting to bring the outdoors in through color, texture, pattern and light, Cocina IV was truly designed from a #asenseofhappy!

My kitchen is where I prepare my offerings of love for friends and family; where I pour my heart into showing a person just how much I care for them. So shouldn’t that space reflect that same amount of love and light?

And since my home is a 1953 mid-century modern ranch, I wanted to make sure I restored the vibe and integrity of my favorite design era in the most authentic and whimsical way!

Just as is the case with my food, a lot of love, soul and creativity was poured into this project. And without the direction, planning and HARD WORK of theproscontracting, CUSTOM CABINETRY by humbledkreationsllc, adkinswoodworking, and finishing touches by _fine_finishings, I never would have been able to bring to fruition my first full home renovation!

Y’all, to have a space that you dreamt of, imagined and envisioned for YEARS finally come to life, and featuring YOUR OWN WALLPAPER . . . Just know I’ve cried several times.

Feliz Tuesday, y’all! And stay tuned for a blog post this Friday detailing everything from initial concepts, sourcing decisions, and yes, even costs! But in the meantime, let’s celebrate OUR KITCHEN together 🫶🏾☀️✨
