If you would have told me just a little over two years ago when I started my design company - Concept 417 - that I would be designing WHOLE office buildings, I would have looked you up an down, then continued trying to install a light 😅

But now, after having designed a few commercial spaces in the city, I really feel like I’m getting my groove in this arena.

And here’s my latest project: a 19-room real estate office in downtown Memphis! And I get a chance to do it with the best, theproscontracting 🤟🏾

I will always LOVE designing homes, because it’s personal for families. But with designing businesses, you get to provide a beautiful experience for a community - and y’all know I’m all about spreading #asenseofhappy 💁🏾‍♂️✨

So far, with just the simple changes as paint, wallpaper and a whole new lighting plan, these spaces already feel like new love! And for all of our updates - make sure to continuing watching the Project #DreamTeam stories and highlights!

And you’ve not seen anything yet with ALL of the beautiful touches going into this project! Oh, and James has only one requirement for this job site - check the last slide!

Feliz Wednesday, y’all! And remember, your dreams don’t underestimate you, so never underestimate the power of them coming true💁🏾‍♂️ #davidquarlesiv #interiordesigner #choosejoy
