For a couple of months now, I’ve started taking Mondays as my day off (instead of Wednesdays), and I swear it has made a difference!

On these days, I get to wake up slower - although my eyes still pop open at 6am - take care of house maintenance, run errands - meaning, buy plants😅 - and calmly set my goals and intentions for the week before it really starts🌿

Too, this allows me to fully enjoy Sunday family dinner without feeling the #sundayscaries 🥹🙈

Now that the world has opened up a bit, I noticed myself going back to old ways of putting work ahead of rest. So, this is just a way for me to reestablish boundaries for and with myself, while prioritizing mind, body and soul over the worry of tomorrow🌿

Feliz Monday, y’all! And may you take a moment - be it a day, or 5 minutes - to show yourself some grace and love. This is just my way of giving a bit of sunshine today when we need it the most☀️💛
