Y’all, project anaturalaffair1 was one that I’d manifested earlier in summer 2021 . . . for some reason, I had the urge to design a salon!

Little did I know, a few months later, that hope, that WISH would become a beautiful reality!

I can’t thank takeishaberrybrooks enough for trusting me with her vision, rolling with the punches when delays happened, and in the end simply trusting the process - ultimately allowing me to create freely and happily - all with the end goal of bringing her vision for her business’ new chapter to life!

In my blog (linked in my stories and bio), I go into every detail from where we gathered inspiration, how we ran out of wood - that’s a thing, and who I’m interestingly related to 🙌🏾! We did this in TWO months, y’all!

This project means more to me than I know to express, and being able to spread joy through design in public spaces around the city is something that makes my heart so full!

To every creative that contributed to this project: monger_nicole, gohandymanpro, livishwoodwork, orijennal_art, everbloomdesignmemphis - without you, this project would still be a concept! THANK YOU!🧡

Feliz Tuesday, y’all! And I let this be a reminder to us all, if your dreams to scare you . . . well, you know the rest! 💁🏾‍♂️✨
