## Caption

When we wake each morning, I like to think we have the choice of what day we want to have. True, there are stressors in the day and world events that may try to steal our joy for a moment. But, there are small things we can do to let in the light during our days.

After my mom texted me this song the other morning, I wanted to share with you what brings light to my day, so that I can keep doing so for others!

Giving myself a pep talk in the morning, keeping fresh flowers in the house, exercising and enjoying the arts are things that infuse a #senseofhappy in my days💛

So, may you have moments - created or kismet - that bring and maintain your light today! And if you want bonus points, try spreading that joy to others you encounter during the day. Feliz Friday, y’all! May today be YOUR lovely day💛 #davidquarlesiv #interiordesigner #choosejoy
