If your New Year’s resolution is to start eating healthier, a great place to start is buying your willpower at the grocery store. If you only have healthy foods available to you at home, you won’t have to rely on your willpower to not grab that candy or ice cream or bag of Doritos.

Just like anything else, willpower and self-discipline can be strengthened with commitment over time. Until that’s built up, make your home environment as clean as possible and slowly but surely you will create new habits and behaviors that will lead you to your goals. 👊🏻
