Capped off our first 7 week hitting/mental skills clinics this week dbatgaithersburg. I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into it, but WOW these kids blew me away!
•
Wish I could show all of them, but as you can see, common takeaways for many were:
1. The importance of developing an Elite Mindset (The 6th Tool)
2. Proper breathing before and during games
3. BFS (body language, focus, self-talk)
4. Actions before feelings
5. Daily checklist for success
6. The at-bat starts way before getting into the box (visualization, ABC’s of Focus, etc.)
•
Look forward to taking these clinics to the next level in January as we introduce winreality virtual reality and dive even deeper into mental performance. 👊🏻 coach_g_md
