🙌🏻 Kobe didn’t end up being one of the greatest athletes of all time by luck. He had an insane work ethic and cared a lot about the “fuel” he put into his body. Those factors certainly helped him dominate on the basketball court.

In this weeks fullyequippedathlete newsletter we dive into nutrition. Many people think that maintaining a healthy diet for athletic performance is complicated or hard to understand. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Just like anything in life CONSISTENCY is key. Keep it simple and master the fundamentals.

To start, gradually eat more real, earth grown food (fresh fish, meat, fruits/veggies, nuts and seeds, etc.) and eat less processed food (cereal, fruit snacks, orange juice, chips, etc.)
