I’ve never wanted to be just GOOD. I strive to always be my BEST. That’s why I worked with nutritionists, sport psychologists, sleep doctors, elite trainers, and great coaches during my career. I could not have made it to the peak of my sport without them.

In order to help YOU learn now, I’ve once again challenged myself to be the best.

I am combining the experience of playing 7 years in the big leagues, with up to date science and new knowledge I’ve gained from recently being Certified as both a nestacertification Sports Nutritionist and briancainpeak Mental Performance Mastery Coach. (Currently working towards precisionnutrition as well)

EXPERIENCE from playing and knowing what it takes to perform at the highest level + EDUCATION from experts in various fields = the fullyequippedathlete program.
