The pay gap in Prize Money at this year's WWC is $330M, set by FIFA. While progress has been made and FIFA states they are working towards parity in 2027, we say WHY WAIT?! 

The  voiceinsportfoundation launched the Side of Equity Fund and Grant Program to create a tangible path for any fan or brand to close the pay gap NOW.  This is not a hashtag and marketing campaign to sell a t-shirt - it’s a way for us all to take ACTION. 

We are proud to partner with voiceinsportfoundation  and amplify the voices of athletes like sophsssmith who are using their voice to help ALL the women from the 32 countries attending this years WWC. 

Did you know some teams receive ZERO $ from their Federations to play? And the women that won the first 4 WWC didn't receive prize money at all?! 

All athletes playing in this year's WWC (all countries) and the prior winners of the last 8 WWC's can apply for Grant program from the Fund. While the USWNT has come to an agreement on Equal Pay - there is a global pay gap for women athletes and we are here to change the game for ALL!  Athletes that don’t need the fund can support their fellow global teammates that do!
