I am super lucky I can do most of my training in my parking stall. However, today my last workout was 150 heavy wallballs for time. Since the parking stall clearly doesn’t have high ceilings for wall ball shots....YA SEARCH THE NEIGHBOURHOOD. #wentforalittlewalkwithwallball

Used my homemade measuring device with some chalk taped to the end to make a 10 foot mark, and went from there. 

Moral of the story: make do with what you have. The lockdowns are affecting everyone. You can either rise to it and adapt, or let it ruin you. You choose. 

*Oh and ignore the people driving by and staring. They’ll get over it.
