When I work nights I wish I was a full time athlete. But I do enjoy what I do and have a sense of accomplishment when I am able to work shift work while training as a games athlete....plus it’s helped me in certain overseas competitions.

My nightshift schedule is extremely regimented and goes like this: 
work all night, then immediately straight into training session one. (Yes this hurts). 🥴 Then sleep all day and wake up for session two before nightshift again. No time for anything but 🥞😴🏋🏼‍♂️👩🏼‍⚕️but at least quarantine eases the FOMO right now✌🏼 Anyways, this last piece of tonight’s workout was one of the tougher “not for time” workouts I’ve done in a while. .

100 foot KB lunge (28kg) 
25 TTB
12 tricep pushups 
6 sandbag cleans (100lbs) 
Rest 2:00 between rounds .
