WZA 2020. We came and did what we planned to. 🎟
.

MVP goes to thekjrolfe and vancitybrett for dealing with me all week. NOT AN EASY TASK. 🤦🏼‍♀️ There were a couple hiccups and a costly no rep on night 1 left me with way less of a points buffer coming into Sunday than I expected to have. A little too close for comfort, but leave it to me to keep it stressful till the end! #someonebringkyleanAED. 🚑 .

I really left it all out on the floor and even though I don’t think this was my best performance in a competition, punching that ticket was that much sweeter because of the rollercoaster of emotions and things we had to work through leading up to this week. .

Thank you to isaacpurepayne for coaching me at home on the daily and prepping me for this year. #kingofdealingwithsass.
.

Props to marriedtomymacros for making sure my nutrition was on point assuring I was properly fuelled for the full four days. katrinaangela I get to benefit from your wizardry of adjusting my macros to my crazy travel and competition schedule! There’s a huge amount of science that goes into what and how much I eat depending on where I am in my competition schedule and I could not be figuring that out for myself. .

Thank you viruscanada and virusintl for the outfits and warmup gear. eatfatso you’ve been a gem for helping send me to Miami and for supplying me with my number one food group 🥜 #itsnotbroccoliwater.
.

How lucky am I that I get to compete against the best ladies in the sport! Badass and incredible athletes. 💪🏼
