Canwest Games 2018🥈Finished with the silver medal and could not be more pleased. As many of the events this weekend were not in my wheelhouse, I took it as a chance to test myself physically and mentally to see how I could handle the heavy lifting and short sprint type workouts. Handling my weaknesses was a huge personal win! 🙌🏼

THANK YOU to my coach isaacpurepayne and coach/hubby kjrolfe3060 for pushing me to what I didn’t think I was capable of. Wouldn’t be where I am without the programming of these two. Excited for what’s to come this year! Huge brownie points to the hubby for making sure I ate, stayed hydrated, was warmed up, stuck to the game plan, and knew my split times every workout. We definitely set out what we planned to do. Sorry you lost your voice but I would have been lost without you! #cheesybuttrue

THANK YOU to my nutrition coach marriedtomymacros for my specific instructions on what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat so I didn’t even have to think. Game changer. I have never felt so good through a competition weekend.

THANK YOU to Morgan nova3labs for making sure I was topped up on supps all weekend and for running a smooth and professional event. Cheers to the organizers and volunteers who tirelessly set up and judged long days in the scorching heat. Shout out to viruscanada for the wod gear and support ❤️ The videography crew and adamrubyphotography, you guys were exceptional at being up in my face but staying out of my way all at the same time. Can’t wait to see how the footage turns out! djrhynoyvr you were as smooth as ever. 👌🏼
