Sept 2014👈🏼👉🏼Sept 2017. 
On the left, recently transitioned to crossfit from pole vault, and gymnastics before that. Being light was important in gymnastics especially, so I was used to not eating a whole lot. Doing generalized crossfit classes 6 days a week and loving it, but not really improving to meet my goals...

The picture on the right I'm happy, healthy, a better athlete, and stronger than ever. I am on an INDIVIDUALIZED program that's done wonders for me the past year. Thanks bae kjrolfe3060 💪🏽😘
I'm training at an awesome strength and conditioning gym isaacpurepayne which allows me to focus on my individual training needs, rather than generalized programming. Coincidentally, that's made me stronger and a better athlete 🤷🏼‍♀️go figure! Thanks to marriedtomymacros I'm eating more, and have put on muscle, all while staying lean and keeping my body fat percentage low. Cheers to new and better versions 🙌🏽 .
