## Caption

So fortunate to have genucan on my side for this weekends CanWest Games. UCan gives me the energy to train and compete at a much higher intensity. It speeds up my recovery and it keeps my insulin levels from skyrocketing and then dropping so I never crash when I'm out on that competition floor. My competition must have! #UCan #canwestgames #UCanbefit #crossfit #competitionmusthave #girlswholift #crossfitlife #canadawest
