Today marks one year I walked through the doors cfoverdrive and struggled through my first WOD. After retiring from competitive gymnastics I was desperately searching for another outlet to compete in and to better myself physically and mentally. Flash forward a year and I'm obsessed. Crossfit has been the perfect fit as it combines some gymnastics movements with weightlifting and it tests your strength and fitness limits every single day. I love coming into the gym each day with a goal to work towards. Crossfit aside, I'm grateful for the lifelong friendships I've made through the sport.
