An adult could enter Magic Kingdom for just $3.50 when it opened in 1971. 🏰

Guests paid separately for attraction coupons, choosing rides according to the tickets they had. Coupons ranged from A to E, with favorites such as Haunted Mansion requiring an E-ticket. In 1982, Disney World phased out those coupons in favor of admission covering most attractions. Visitors could then enjoy those rides without spending another ticket each time.
