Terafab is planned near Gibbons Creek Reservoir in Grimes County, where SpaceX secured county tax incentives in June 2026. The project would combine logic-chip production, memory and advanced packaging under one roof, supplying hardware for Tesla vehicles and robots alongside SpaceX computing systems.

At full scale, it could become one of the largest industrial investments in U.S. history.
