Its glow is LED light forcing through gaps in the carbon weave. 🏎 ⚡️

Carbon fiber is opaque. Light cannot pass through a single strand, so builders bury LED lighting under the bodywork and let the glow escape only where the weave leaves a gap. 

The trick is called backlit carbon fiber. Every black line is carbon blocking the light. Every red line is resin letting it through. The filaments inside each strand run thinner than a human hair, which is why the pattern reads like veins instead of pixels. 

When the shop lights die the whole widebody ignites in the same blood red, from the splitter to the honeycomb glowing behind the windshield.
