This is a Brazilian paredão build, a car made for sound pressure competitions where the only thing that matters is raw decibels. The vertical wall you see isn't for music the way a home stereo is. Those stacked mid-range drivers and subwoofers are tuned to move as much air as physically possible, and at full tilt a rig like this pushes past 150 decibels, loud enough to blur your vision and vibrate the fillings in your teeth.

The Scooby Doo wrap is the joke. The engineering underneath is dead serious. Every driver is wired through banks of amplifiers and a second battery array just to feed the power draw, and the whole front face hinges open so the sound has nothing blocking it.
