Reported totals put Grand Theft Auto 6 near $2B, with Genshin Impact around $1B and Star Citizen near $900M to date. Even without the outliers, plenty of modern blockbusters land between about $200M and $850M once development, marketing, and post-launch support are counted.

That range includes Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War near $850M, Red Dead Redemption 2 around $540M, and Halo Infinite around $500M, plus $300M to $400M forecasts for Spider-Man 3 and Wolverine.
