The BirminghamBURGER tour continues, and this time we’re going from Italian-inspired elegance to a burger that’s got a little bit of EVERYTHING! 🍔🔥

🇮🇹 La Strada Italian Kitchen & Bar is bringing the Alla Parmigiana—8 ounces of breaded Snake River Farms American Wagyu, tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, all on focaccia bread. Basically, chicken parm’s very wealthy cousin. 😂

🍔 Market North End is coming through with the DET Burger—a seasoned beef patty loaded with grilled onions, poblanos, mushrooms, olives, and Gruyère cheese steamed with beer. Now THAT’S a lineup!
