With the #PicnicDay112 coming up this Saturday, let's take a quick look back at Picnic Day of yesteryears.

By the 1920s, Picnic Day was a firmly established annual event, a combination educational exhibit and annual spring festival. Since then, the annual event has become a staple tradition for Aggies and the Davis community.

Explore more of Picnic Day's history by visiting Shields Library's online exhibit: https://library.ucdavis.edu/exhibit/picnic-day-by-the-decade/

We'll see you all this Saturday!
