From Oct 1–31, the Birmingham Shopping District is serving up 19+ signature burgers starting at $15. Dine, enjoy, and vote for as many as you like 🗳️.

Today I checked out two incredible creations:

👉 Adachi – The new “Oops I Did It Again” burger: a homemade everything miso brioche bun with a rich dry-aged Wagyu patty, chipotle cheddar, Asian-spiced braised pork belly, crispy Brussels sprouts, pickled red onion, plum sauce aioli, Yuzu mango chutney, and a Miyazaki tallow reduction—finished with house chili oil and paired with chili-parmesan fries. Flavor on flavor! 🔥

👉 Casa Pernoi – The Casa Burger: house-ground beef layered with provolone cheese, Calabrian chili aioli, crispy prosciutto, and seasoned arugula. Savory, spicy, and oh-so good. 🇮🇹✨
