I swapped takeout for technique at Luisa’s in Ferndale and had an absolute blast! 🍷👨🏽‍🍳✨
We made carrot salad, roasted chickpeas, Mediterranean veggies, and poached shrimp—aka the glow-up meal. Chef Luisa kept it fun, interactive, and actually educational (I now stir with confidence). 💪🏽🥕🧄
Bonus: it’s BYOW (bring your own wine, obviously) and makes for the perfect date night, friend night, or “treat yourself to being a fancy adult” night.

Do yourself a favor and check out one of their upcoming classes!
