If you’re a sushi lover, stop what you’re doing and head to Xushi Ko in Dearborn—this spot is elite! 🍣🔥

Known for their creative rolls, fresh sushi, and laid-back vibes, this has been one of my favorite sushi spots for a reason.

I kicked things off with the Bahamas Sunrise—refreshing and tropical. Tried their crab rangoon for the first time and I’m a fan! The K wings? Extra crispy with a spicy kick that slaps. 🍹🍗💥

The avocado spiral is unreal—stuffed with salmon or tuna, lemon, scallions, spicy mayo, eel sauce, crunchy bits, and Sriracha. Flavor bomb. 🥑🔥

And the real MVP? That sushi pizza. One of the best bites in Metro Detroit, hands down. You’ve got to try them all.
