It's Friday and you know what that means - time for Chancellor May's weekly update. But first, we want to wish a happy Lunar New Year to all!

We've got your highlights covered below. As always, you can read the full update by clicking on the link on our profile page, then click on the thumbnail image for this post, or visit: https://www.ucdavis.edu/news/checking-chancellor-may-an-aggie-model

- We're making national news! MSNBC, nytimes, and nbcnews covered healthydavistogether's COVID-19 saliva testing efforts. We are so proud!

- How does our COVID-19 saliva testing work? Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv_mHX4TMqg&feature=youtu.be

- The Davis campus employee vaccine clinic will have administered 1,376 by the end of today.
Vaccine eligibility now includes:
-- Staff and students age 65+
-- Staff at greater risk due to their job duties, regardless of age.

- All non-essential travel is still strongly discouraged. If you travel, you must get tested every 3-4 days, 2 weeks BEFORE leaving, and again AFTER you return.

The work continues and we must not let up. Stay masked, stay distanced, get tested, get vaccinated, and stay informed!
