One of the things that really worries me is that so many and I mean so many of you get “down” on yourself or what you are trying to do when someone leave a negative comment on your social media.

To me there is no bigger mistake than to slow down because an anonymous person who has no context for you, judged you because they themselves aren’t in a good place.
