Employee Spotlight: Meet Phyllis.

For nearly 15 years, Phyllis has been a proud part of Team Skiff. In fact, it is hard to imagine our upholstery department without her. As an essential part of the talented team behind every cushion and interior component, Phyllis plays a huge role in making sure our boats not only look incredible but feel comfortable out on the water too!

Her craftsmanship speaks for itself, but it’s her attitude that truly sets her apart. Phyllis shows up every day with a smile, bringing positive energy that helps keep her team motivated and moving forward – even on the busiest days. She is always ready to step up and help however she can – whether that means filling in for a teammate, tackling a special project, or helping bring new interiors to life for upcoming models. This lady does it all – and she does it SO well!

Phyllis truly helps hold her team together – like the perfect stitch! We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team and appreciate the dedication and positivity she brings to work each and every day.
