Employee Spotlight: Meet Kenny (& Scotty🐾)!

Kenny is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you drive through the gate at Carolina Skiff, and he plays a vital role in creating a positive and secure environment for everyone on our property. As a dedicated member of our security team, Kenny goes far beyond simply monitoring entrances—he serves as a trusted presence for employees, customers, dealers, vendors, and guests alike.
With a natural ability to connect with people, Kenny makes everyone feel right at home from the moment they arrive. His calm, approachable demeanor creates a truly welcoming atmosphere, while his professionalism reinforces the importance of safety across our facilities. Whether he’s assisting a visitor or keeping a watchful eye on daily operations, Kenny consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence in everything he does.

Kenny’s hard work, reliability, and keen attention to detail make him an invaluable part of our security operations. He understands that effective security is about both vigilance and service, and he balances those responsibilities with integrity and care. Thanks to Kenny and the rest of our security team, our employees can focus on their work with confidence, knowing they are supported by individuals who are dedicated to keeping them safe.
