Holiday season at the DSO means festive atriums, more music, and more opportunities to spread joy. ☺️ In collaboration with cotsdetroit and #DetroitHarmony, we’re hosting a Holiday Toy and Instrument Drive throughout the month of December!

🧸🚂Feel free to donate new, unwrapped toys or gifts for children and teens of all ages. All donations will be distributed at the annual COTS Santa Party and support children and families in Detroit during a season that can be especially difficult for those facing homelessness.

🎻🎷The instrument drive welcomes band and orchestra instruments. Instruments will be refurbished as needed and placed directly into the hands of Detroit students. (Note: we do not accept pipe organs, upright or grand pianos).

Donations can be dropped off at designated spaces during our Holiday Concerts (except Trisha Yearwood) once doors open and two hours before each performance.

Your Gift Matters: Our partnership with COTS and our work through Detroit Harmony helps brighten holidays and expand access to the arts—core elements of our mission to serve community.
