"Today marks my one year anniversary of hitting my weightloss goal.

It has been an incredible year of self discovery and learning.

Navigating the waters of what healthy eating and maintaining my weight means to me has definitely had it's ups and downs and some days are more challenging than others but I'd like to celebrate today,
celebrate my success and how far I have come. I'm happy, I'm healthy and I love myself more than ever. I have little daily reminders of how big of an impact my weightloss has had on my life. I am so grateful to PHD Weight Loss for guiding me through this journey and for the continued support through maintenance,
I could not have done it without you and the fabulous coaches I have worked with!

Here's to another year of health and happiness!"
