This is our mantra at PHD.  If you’re losing weight, or making any big change for that matter, this concept has got to become a neural pathway in your brain.  You’ve got to believe this with your whole heart and mind.  Every cell in your body must understand that you have dropped this weight, for the rest of your life and simply because you want to.  Every time you stand on that scale and you see a shift in the direction you want to go, you must celebrate.  Feel that feeling of excitement and gratitude.  Even if it’s just half of a pound that you let go of this week.  Even if it’s not quite what you expected or had hoped for- it’s still movement in the RIGHT direction.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You must celebrate.  Feel gratitude for your body changing at whatever speed that might be. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And tell yourself, “I’ve let go of XXlbs for the rest of my life and simple because I want to.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
