Freda is down 30 lbs in 9 weeks!!!

"I had tried every diet out there. I would lose then gain back the weight  plus more. This madness went on for years. I was miserable and knew I had to make some real changes. I was tired all the time, my joints hurt, and  I didn't have the energy to get up off the couch. I heard about PHD Weight Loss on the radio one morning while I was driving to work. I decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did. I am down 30 lbs. after 9 weeks! I feel great! I feel like I can breathe easier, my joints don't hurt, I have more energy and I'm more active. I will be retiring soon and for me, my goals were to try to get the real me, back. I wanted to be healthier, more active and have the energy I needed to keep up with my future grandchildren! I have a ways to go yet, but I already feel amazing! I am so grateful for the staff at PHD! They are always so encouraging and positive.  I look forward to my appointments every week.
