He is pictured here holding 80lbs that he has let go of for the rest of his life!! 🎉
"Before I started PHD Weight Loss, I was pushing 276 pounds. 
I had no energy or stamina. My boys would want me to play with them, but I didn’t have the energy to do so. I would stress eat all the time and never exercised. My health was to poor to say the least.  In 2008, my mother passed away from an unknown heart issue. It was hard to find out that I too might have the same issue. I started noticing I was having some tightness in my chest, my knees would hurt, and I didn’t like the way I looked in the mirror. My sister and her husband joined PHD and were telling me about the plan, but I never paid that close attention to what they were telling me. Then several weeks later, I started seeing such a change in my sister’s appearance. She was thinner and her face and body were changing. I started talking with her about the program and eventually made the decision to come in and talk to the great associates at PHD.  I quickly joined after meeting the PHD team and made the commitment to change my life. I knew nothing about eating correctly or how to manage what I was eating. The team at PHD walked me through the program and together we made changes in the way I looked at food. I am now 80.4 pounds lighter and feel great! I have now have energy, stamina, and my chest and knees no longer hurt. The program works and I feel better about how I look and about what my body needs to keep feeling this way." -Matthew
