"I had tried numerous times to lose weight and I would succeed for short periods of time, but I could never stay true to any of the programs that I tried until PHD Weight Loss.  Dr. Lucas and her team at PHD Weight Loss have been informative and supportive in motivating me to stay on track with my transformation.  It’s been a life changing journey to better health. I heard about the program from my friends at 105.9 the Mountain & Mix 96.5.  I witnessed the transformation of 4 of my friends who have been on the program and enjoyed tremendous success.  They have lost a combined 275 pounds and if you add my success—Together we’ve lost over 300 pounds.  That’s just incredible! I’m feeling so much better and I have more energy.
