"My name is Nathan Harris. I am 47 and have been with PHD Durango for 18 weeks. I started the program with my wife Julie and have been totally amazed with our results. I started because I was tired of being heavy. I practiced martial arts five times a week, and yet still weighed 250lbs. I knew my eating habits were bad but I had no idea how to fix them.
