“Happy January PHD Fam! How many of you have stepped into the new year happier and healthier than last new year? I know I have and I'm so glad I made that call to PHD last August.⁣
⁣
Starting PHD was a major life changer for me. I can't believe 6 short months ago I was only 30lbs away from 300. That was terrifying. I felt like I was on the path to diabetes and I got so scared! I found PHD online and called without hesitation. I had to do something to change my path or I would not like where I was going to end up. Now I'm reflecting on my last 6 months and I am just blown away with how I feel, physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel like a brand new me. A happier me. A more confident me. I can proudly say, as of last week I am 94lbs away from 300 and that makes me smile inside and out. I can't wait to see what the next few months of my journey will feel like!
⁣
Wishing everyone in the PHD Fam a happy healthy new you and new year!” - Julie C.⁣ ✨
