What is your role at PHD Weight Loss?  I think I fill many roles at PHD: I am  a coach, training to do Initial Consults, a public representative for PHD, and I create content for the clients and various outlets.
What do you like most about PHD Weight Loss?  I don't know that I have a "most"--I love so many things about PHD.  I love the constant learning, I love using my writing abilities, I love who I work with (Hunter and Jayde), I love accompanying the clients on their journey, I love having the opportunity to push past my comfort level and gain new skills (public speaking, for example), I love the fact that I believe in the nutritional foundation of PHD and can stand behind our program whole-heartedly, I love the fact that I feel appreciated and supported by Jayde, I love the idea that there is no end to the success PHD can attain.  Actually, of all these things, I love working with Hunter and Jayde the most.
What have you gained with working at PHD WL? I have gained confidence in my ability to express myself and to help others overcome the same struggles I have experienced in my life.
What are your three favorite hobbies? Paddleboarding, biking, travel.
What is your favorite quote to live by?  I have many, but this is one of my favorites. “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” -Anais Nin
If you could do another job for just one other day what would it be? And why?  I have done so many different types of jobs....oh wait, I know--Wedding Planner!! I love weddings, details, decorating, parties.
What is one interesting/fun fact about yourself?  I have driven between Seattle, WA and the Poconos in PA 3 times with 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 snake.
What is the number 1 thing on your bucket list?  Visiting my son in Australia ———————————————-
