It’s the #peakoftheweek which means it’s time for another #wednesdaywow. I wanted to take this time to introduce myself 👋🏼 and share a little bit about my own journey with PHD as a client and an employee ✨
My name is Talia and I’ve worked with Dr. Lucas and PHD for over 3 years now. When I think about how nutrition came into my life, the only word that comes to mind is serendipity. I’ve always been a big believer of manifesting my own destiny and I found Dr. Lucas and PHD at a time in my life when I needed it most. I was tired, I was gaining weight, I had no energy and was struggling with infertility. All of this led me to feeling depressed and anxious. I had always been lean and athletic my whole life so this version of myself I did not recognize. After finding PHD and participating in the program I can say with confidence that I was saved. Not only did I reach my health goals, but I was able to conceive just a year after starting the program. It gave me my life back and the gift of new life as well. In the process, I was lucky enough to participate in a 2 year intensive internship with Dr. Ashley Lucas, PhD, RD and became a Certified PHD Consultant. I fell in love with helping others change their lives, especially helping Type 2 Diabetics reverse their disease. I have recently completed my Diabetes Paraprofessional Certification and can’t wait to see what the future holds! Thank you PHD! ♥️ talia .
