## Caption

Protecting your peace and your spirit is not always about “the people” but it’s about YOU and what you’re allowing into your mental space. Your heart, your soul, and your Spirit are intertwined. What I read, what I see, and what I hear has the ability to rest on my mind. Either it’s education, empowering, or can be a tool for the my flesh or the enemy to play games with me. These changes may seem like “you’re doing too much” but it’s too close to the “finish line” for me to become relaxed. #faith #spiritualmaintenance #growingInTheFaith #kierrasDevotion
