## Caption

During this time of #quarantining, I’ve been doing some reflecting and have had to choose between changing or dying. I’m choosing to live! I’ve stuck to my workouts, reading, prayer time, rest, and commitment to ministry. For some time now, I’ve felt like something was missing internally. Interestingly, during what may seem to be a weird time, I’m getting back to it. Hence, I’m promising myself to continue making the necessary changes for me to progress in every way. Change or Die!
