Today I want to spend some time celebrating David! 
 
David was skeptical when he started his journey with PHD. But, it didn't take long for him to be convinced that the program works ✨
 
Together, we created a plan that worked for David's lifestyle.  We made his meal plan easy-to-follow, tasty and filling.  We took out all of the guess work around what and when to eat.  He credits his success though, not just to the nutrition, but to the team of coaches who guided him along, held him accountable, and really cared about his success.
 
Committed to his goal, David steadily dropped weight. David's down 102.8 lb in 37 weeks, and now on to maintenance.

 David's story is an inspiration to all of us, showing everyone that if you work the program and bring an open mind, it will work for YOU!
