Troy police released body cam footage of an officer responding to a shooting involving two employees inside a parking structure of one of Oakland County’s largest hospitals that put the area on edge Thursday, forcing nearby businesses and schools into lockdown while disrupting hospital operations for hours and frightening other workers.
