I had the chance to experience Chef davepasternackk guest chef dinner at theapparatusroom and wow, was it an incredible evening. From the beautifully executed seafood courses to the warm, inviting vibe of the room, it felt like a true culinary journey from start to finish.

👨‍🍳 The James Beard Award-winning chef brought his A‑game, and every bite felt like a love letter to the ocean. An absolute highlight for Detroit’s dining scene!

👉 If you could pick a dream guest chef for The Apparatus Room, who would it be?
