It Won’t Feel Good Everyday

Running is my teacher. Each challenge I put forth comes with new obstacles to overcome. Calendar Club is a consistent reminder that each day stands on it’s own. Some are good, some bad, and many are just meh.

I’m learning to be okay with that.

I don’t need something to feel good in order to enjoy what it brings. On the same note, when it starts to feel painful (emotionally) or uncomfortable, I don’t need to find pleasure to cover up the pain.

Keep going. Pain and discomfort can be enjoyed with time. At the very least, less painful.
