Project Finding Joy (working title)

Joy for me is found in the activities that compound responsibly. It took me going to Ireland to realize what and how important my pillars are: running, writing, climbing, sauna/cold. Each one is beneficial in the moment as well as continues the snowball for the future.
•••
A recent reflection called for me to add relationships too. My relationship to the activity is primary, but as important is my relationship with the people each pillar brings me together with. The experience allows for joy to exist, the people amplify it.
•••
A 6 week work trip, sleeping in a different park lot every night, is chaos I’ve done now many times. This time though, I’m more prepared than ever to find what brings me home.
